Western Sydney University was granted approval from Parramatta City Council for a major residential and commercial development located at their Westmead Campus.
The site will provide educational, commercial, retail, residential and community spaces that are expected to create new links to the adjoining Westmead Hospital, schools and key public transport nodes including Westmead Station and the new Transit Way.
Wade Civil Engineering was engaged by Western Sydney University– Capital Works and Facilities to construct the civil infrastructure works for the Westmead Estate Major Works Project. The project involved the construction of the main road access within the site, service infrastructure facilities, and soft and hard landscaping.
