Wade Civil Engineering was engaged by J Wyndham Prince on behalf of Frasers Putney Pty Ltd to construct the civil infrastructure works for Road 21 – Putney Hill Stage 2.

Road 21 extends off the existing Morrison Road, opposite the existing roundabout adjacent Boulton Street and connecting to the existing internal road (Susan Schardt Way). The project included the construction of the main access road inclusive of extensive retaining walls, stormwater drainage and the provision of services. These included sewer, water, electrical, communications and gas for the next stage of residential building development.

• Installation of erosion and sedimentation control measures
• Site clearing
• Bulk excavation for the proposed Road 21
• Retaining wall construction including bored piers, concrete footing and blockwork installation
• Stormwater drainage and pit construction
• Sewer and water reticulation works
• Electrical reticulation works including new substation, street lighting, power and NBN
• Construction of flexible pavement for Road 21 including subbase and basecourse pavement layers, concrete kerbs, asphalt wearing course, linemarking and signage.
